Joomla is a CMS and SEO Friendly or easy on the index by search engine, setting the url address is a great way for Joomla to be SEO Friendly. In the default Joomla CMS, the url address is usually like this:

Before : http://www.go-learning.org/index.php?option=com_content&view=category&id=25
After : http://www.go-learning.org/go-article.html

Do the following:

1. Log into your hosting Cpanel, then the file manager, at the Public html
2. Find the file htaccess.txt and then change the name htaccess.txt to be .htaccess (remember the dot . before htaccess added).
3. Then login to Joomla administrator, then select Global Configuration
4. Select SEO  Settings; a. Search Engine Friendly URLs, b. Use Apache mod_rewrite c. Add suffix to URLs
5. After that mark all; yes and complete!
